Healthy holidays in the Vitality Hotel are based on good cuisine which is beneficial to your well-being. We use fresh ingredients which are produced on the local bio farms, as well as offering home-made bread, butter, jam etc, all with one aim: for you to spend unforgettable holidays in the heart of the legendary Stubai Alps.

Cappella Vitality Recipe

Plum chutney
  • 2 kg plums
  • 100 g fresh root ginger
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 table spoon chili
  • 1 onion
  • 30 g salt
  • 250 ml fruit vinegar
  • 1 kg sugar
  • 2 limes
* Wash, stone and slice the plums into 4 bits.
* Peel and dice the ginger root and the garlic.
* Dice the onion.
* Mix the ingredients and marinate them for at least 6 hours (preferably all night long).
* Simmer for 1 hour, stirring occasionally and adding some water if necessary. Spoon the chutney into clean, air-tight jars.

Our tip: This chutney is a good accompaniment for vegetables and grilled white meat.
