The VitalSana wellness area offers a variety of different sauna facilities, relaxation zones, tanning lawns in the splendid outdoor area – surrounded by pristine, untouched nature. We offer healthy snacks throughout the day, as well as tea, fruit juices, fresh spring water, apples, seasonal fruits and dry fruits.
The VitalSana wellness area at Vitality Hotel Cappella in Neustift in the Stubai Valley is known primarily for its bio sauna made from white birchwood – enjoy a wonderful atmosphere in the forest sauna. We also offer color therapy treatments, a good way to relax and unwind and recover body and soul. From the sauna you can enjoy stunning vistas of the surrounding mountains such as Serles, Rote Wand, Kesselspitze, Roter Kopf, Wasenwand, Hammerspitze and Kirchdachspitze peaks.
