Nordic Walking Tip: Health Trail
Halfway through the 5 km walking and fitness trail from the Neustift leisure center to Krößbach you will find a recovery station where you can control your pulse rate and do muscle exercises. Along the entire trail you can find information about the right way of organizing your training and about the right Nordic Walking technique, with many suggestions for stretching exercises and well-signposted routes.
