Winter Holidays in the Stubai Valley

Just living is not enough... One must have sunshine, freedom, and a little flower.
(Hans Christian Andersen)

Ice climbing

The Stubai Valley is every ice climber’s paradise. Check out the 20 m climbing tower at Stubai glacier, the Grawa waterfalls or the climbing walls in Pinnistal valley. At the ice climbing tower near the Gamsgarten cable car station you can take ice climbing lessons under the professional supervision of mountain guides from the Stubai Alpin mountaineering club.

There is also an indoor climbing hall in Fulpmes which offers route of various difficulty levels ranging from IV to X – accessible in all weather conditions.

Ice skating

Ice skating is a winter activity that never goes out of fashion. Regular, moderately exhausting movement in the clear winter air is good for the circulation and metabolism. Ice skating rinks can be found in Fulpmes (ice arena), Neustift, Mieders and Schönberg.

Our offers include guided tours, Nordic Walking, moonlight tobogganing, torch snow shoe hikes and group ski days at Stubai glacier.

At Sport Hotel Cappella Natura Vitalis there is a special storage room where your skiing equipment can be stored safely.
